Part Time Security Guard

You will identify and report incidents at our clients permanent site. You will be responsible for the security and safety of our clients’ property. The Security Guard will tour the facility to identify any irregularities, observe protection and fire control equipment, uphold order, and enforce regulations for the facility in regards to the premises, personnel and visitors. You will be required to control the flow of traffic in and out of the facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises
- Provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to all company service and operating standards
- Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees
- Protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues
- Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigation
- Must be able to complete multiple foot patrols in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of following complex instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of a warehouse environment
- Must have valid Security License
- Valid CPR & Emergency First Aid certification
- Provide own safety shoes

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $16.55 per hour
