**About the Role**:
**How you will contribute**
- Utilize and maintain spreadsheets to track Forklifts, assets, and tools in the facility.
- Carry out minor repair or improvements on equipment within the facility.
- Take part in 5S projects as assigned by Engineering Manager.
- Monitor levels of equipment and tools in the facility, place requisitions when needed. Report usage of/replacement of spare parts, tools, and miscellaneous equipment to the Facilities team lead.
- Make contact with vendors and contractors regarding work in the facility. Ensure that external contractors/original equipment manufacturers attending the site complete requirements to a satisfactory standard.
- Maintain database and paperwork for calibrated assets. Compile maintenance site administration and PM documentation with timely, accurate and detailed information.
- Maintain records of and ensures contractors carry out scheduled preventative maintenance. Complete daily, weekly, monthly and emergency works including all Preventive Maintenance requirements for operational lines and ancillary equipment in a timely fashion.
- Strive to continually reduce and prevent production down time.
- Work closely with the Engineers and Operations Departments on contingency planning for the site, including production downtime issues.
- Other duties as assigned

**Your Key Qualifications**
- High School Diploma required. Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience as a repair/maintenance technician a plus.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
- Forklift certified or able to become certified within 3 weeks of hiring.
- Ability to communicate and deal with a variety of people, perform repetitive duties and detailed work accurately, and work within a fast paced environment while exhibiting exceptional customer service/interpersonal skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends, is required due to frequently changing customer requirements.
