Clinical Lead

Brown’s Guardian Pharmacy is a locally owned and operated community pharmacy, located in beautiful Bruce County. Located less than 2 hours North of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Bruce County boasts picturesque trails and waterfronts teeming with wildlife, a flourishing community with a rich heritage, and a thriving population of local businesses, including Brown’s Pharmacy.

**Location Hours of Operation**:

- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

**Duties**:

- Liaise with medical providers and facilities, both digitally and in-person, to uphold contractual agreements for services
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, delivery coordination, pump programing, and team workflow
- Lead the team, in collaboration with the manager, to ensure continuation of service excellence
- Assist the Medical Supplies Manager with recruitment, training and development, process improvement, and other managerial duties, as requested
- Meet with, and present services to, prospective partners or clients on occasion
- Regularly perform and demonstrate correct execution of all duties for Medical Supply Clerks

**Ideal Qualifications**:

- Medical field training and/or certification, such as RPN or RN, or combination of related training/education and previous related-experience
- Effective communication skills; both written and orally
- Experience leading a team and supervising others, considered an asset
