Your role at Clorox:
Owns the development and deployment of AMPS (Assortment, Merchandising, Pricing and Shelving) strategies and tactics and quarterly brand priorities for the Burt's Bees business. Acts as the catalyst to ensure actions are in place to secure AMPS objectives. Represents the voice of the customer/sales on the business team. Supports field sales team in the development of key customer strategies and initiatives. Acts as the key communication link between customer teams and business teams on above elements, and is responsible for communicating key volume drivers impacting the sales forecast.

In this role, you will:
- Owns Sales input into Internal Planning Process and new product recommendations/communication- Lead Sales releases including product launches and discontinuations- Owns Trade funds strategy development, execution and evaluation.- Owns the development and communication of brand focused category management strategies and segmentation.- Ensures appropriate tools & resources are in place to deliver AMPS- Partners with field sales to develop brand focused opportunities including exclusivity and PVA pitches- Supports sales input into demand forecast- Defines role of Secondary Pack in go to market strategy. Recommends Manufacturing Upcharge budget (displays)- Supports business team agenda and content development/deployment for National Sales Meeting and Summit meeting(s)- Owns monthly Clorox Leadership Team updates on volume and AmpS- Supports general customer needs when aligned with key business unit strategy and objectives- Owns customer team input into corporate S&OP- Owns sales responsibility of allocation process where required

Business results:
- Accountable for national delivery of Net Customer Sales, Gross Margin and Profit

Lead and develop a high-performance team- Owns connectivity between business team and customer teams- Leverage US Connectivity- Manages/leads 3 direct report(s)

What we look for:
- 5 to 7 years related experience in selling, category management, and trade marketing from a leading CPG company- Demonstrated significant success in customer management- Strong aptitude for business planning at the customer level- Excellent Excel skills complementing a strong process and an analytical mindset- Experience and ability to use Nielsen (strong desire), (POS tools) experience- Proven organization and time management skills- Excellent communication and leadership skills
