**Job Overview**
The Junior Fulfillment Officer is responsible for supporting the adjudication on identified mortgage broker submissions, and providing administrative support to the team to ensure personalized service for the broker network, members and prospective members.

**Role**
- Help conduct file reviews to ensure documentation is complete and accurate prior to funding
- Accurately process ALT-A, B Non-traditional and C-Non-traditional Mortgage renewals
- Focus on mortgage retention through internal and external member contact
- Review, recommend decisions, and support adjudication decision on mortgage broker credit submissions
- Coordinate and monitor the quality of credit submissions from various sources, ensuring timely and accurate submission of all retail credit reports
- Keep informed of, and be excited to implement service improvements, new concepts, efficiencies, processes, software technology etc. that will improve the operating proficiency of the retail lending function
- Work within the lending platform and Filogix and control the templating of all Filogix deals into Laserfiche
- As required, assist employees in solving problems and helping with complex work-related matters
- Answer and/or investigate queries from brokers and/or staff by telephone, making referrals as necessary
- Keep informed on FCU mortgage products/services, interest rates, lending policies/procedures and other pertinent information
- Pay close attention to details when you prepare all required documentation and gather all pertinent information to ensure a complete credit file, referring any credit not approved to the appropriate person
- Complete all related reports, entries, follow-up on deals as required
- Consider, recommend and when appropriate implement efficiencies and improved systems and processes
- Consider health & safety as a primary concern to ensure the overall well-being of yourself and others
- Perform other duties as required

**Required Skills**:

- Be enrolled in a post-secondary program in business, economics or related field
- Be interested in credit investigation, analysis and related policies and procedures
- Have the desire to work in the financial services/mortgage financing industry
- Be overly analytical and detail orientated when it comes to reporting, data analysis and reviewing credit deals
- Enjoy being a team player, willing to assist other staff as required
- Be adaptable and an organized multi-tasker that thrives in a fast pace, growing work environment
- Flourish working under pressure and with time sensitive deadlines
- Innately demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills
- Be willing to work irregular hours as required to accommodate member service demands and deadlines
