Rôles et responsabilités

Supervision et gestion des employés de première ligne de la fabrication. Gestion typique des populations d'employés horaires. Élargir les connaissances de sa propre discipline technique pour exécuter la politique/stratégie. Peut inclure des rôles de soutien dans des domaines de connaissances techniques spécialisés. Continuer à acquérir des connaissances et des compétences de haut niveau. Compréhension de base des facteurs opérationnels clés ; utilise cette compréhension pour faire son propre travail. Bonne compréhension de la façon dont le travail de sa propre équipe s'intègre aux autres équipes et contribue à son domaine. Peut avoir une certaine autonomie pour prendre des décisions dans un cadre défini. Résout les problèmes dans des situations qui nécessitent de bonnes connaissances techniques et un bon jugement selon les procédures établies. Consulte les membres les plus expérimentés de l'équipe pour les problèmes en dehors des instructions et/ou des paramètres définis. Un poste à ce niveau exige de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et peut être nécessaire pour diriger une équipe junior. Pour les rôles en contact avec le client, développe de solides relations avec le client et sert d'interface entre le client et GE. Explique les informations techniques aux collègues.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Supervision and management of frontline manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations.
- Broaden knowledge of one's own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles in specialized technical knowledge areas. Continue to acquire high-level knowledge and skills.
- Basic understanding of key operational factors; uses this understanding to do his own work. Good understanding of how the work of one's own team fits in with other teams and contributes to one's field.
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves problems in situations that require good technical knowledge and good judgment according to established procedures. Consults with the most experienced team members for issues outside of the defined instructions and/or parameters.
- A position at this level requires good interpersonal skills and may be necessary to lead a junior team. For customer-facing roles, develops strong relationships with the customer and serves as an interface between the customer and GE. Explains technical information to colleagues.

**Qualifications de base**

**Basic Qualifications**
- For roles outside the US - This role requires basic experience with the DAW and DAW function. Knowledge at the level of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or a Bachelor's degree with experience in a relevant field). - For roles in the US - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or a High School diploma and/or GED with at least 2 years of experience in the role).
