**Job Title**

Associate, US Data Strategy and Analytics

**What is the opportunity?**

The Associate, US Data Strategy and Analytics position will provide support to the US Data Strategy group in driving various data and strategic initiatives for the US Finance team. In addition, this role will help transform business processes and other processes related to the data management for the US Region.

**What will you do?**
- Support a project team of technical leads, developers, SMEs and functional partners to implement data quality, control and process initiatives
- Partner across functions and with regulatory report owners to collect current state requirements to support the adoption of various strategic solutions
- Manage transformation of related business processes, including transformation of manual processes
- Support and drive issue remediation, status tracking and reporting
- Support the design and review metrics to track progress of various initiatives, including preparing scorecards and escalating delays and obstacles to management

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must Have**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience specializing in Business, Finance, Math, Engineering or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a Financial Services company, preferably with a focus in Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting or Data Office.
- Experience with data projects involving concepts and processes related to data management, such as Critical Data Elements (CDEs), data architecture, data models, data lineage, data quality, data dictionary, etc.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience participating on project teams, preferably regulatory reporting projects.
- Outstanding written/verbal communication skills, and the ability to present complex concepts in a concise and understandable way to a variety of audiences, including the highest level of the organization.
- Ability to work well in a face paced environment and prioritize work to meet short deadlines.
