**Who You Are**

We are seeking a knowledgeable Commercial Lines Processor/Assistant to join our team at our Hastings Street location in Burnaby's vibrant Heights neighborhood. As a Commercial Lines Processor/Assistant, you possess excellent communication skills, thrive in a busy and diverse work environment, and are adept at handling various tasks. You are customer service focused, dedicated to assisting your clients and team members, detail orientated and a rock start at Excel. After successfully passing a 3 month probation period, this position may qualify to be a Hybrid role, working at home 50% of the time.

**Requirements**:

- Hold at minimum a Level 1 Insurance Broker license in British Columbia or a willingness to obtain Level 1 within 6 months.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional office setting and/or experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and familiarity with EPIC is an asset.
- A passion for helping others, an enjoyment of teamwork, and comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge and interest of the Insurance industry.

**What You'll Do**
- Assisting with REIN (Real Estate Investment Network) renewals
- Leveraging Pathways software to input and track client information
- Liaison with Insurance carriers to communicate changes to clients profiles and risks
- Producing and sending renewal quotes to clients
- Assisting the Commercial Lines team with any other data processing and administrative tasks as they see fit
- If you are not already licensed, you'll embark on your licensing journey. Within the first six months, you'll work towards obtaining your insurance license, allowing you to take on additional responsibilities such as producing and sending certificates, binders, processing new business

- Mentor under senior Commercial Lines Brokers who have over 50 years experience in the industry.
