Who You Are

We are seeking a knowledgeable Personal Lines Data Processor to join our team at our Hastings Street location in Burnaby's vibrant Heights neighborhood. As a Personal Lines Data Processor, you possess excellent communication skills, thrive in a busy and diverse work environment, and are adept at handling various tasks. You are customer service focused, dedicated to assisting your clients and team members and are detail orientated. After successfully passing a 3 month probation period, this position may qualify to be a Hybrid role, working at home 50% of the time.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional office setting and/or experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and familiarity with EPIC is an asset.
- A passion for helping others, an enjoyment of teamwork, and comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge and interest of the Insurance industry.

What You'll Do
- Assisting with Personal Lines (tenant, condos and homes) renewals.
- Updating building valuations on the RCT platform.
- Liaison with Insurance carriers to communicate changes to clients profiles and risks.
- Producing quotes for Licensed Insurance Brokers.
- Assisting the Personal Lines team with any other data processing and administrative tasks as they see fit.

- Actively listen to colleagues' suggestions, accurately follow workflows and procedures.
- Participate in and contribute to regular team meetings.
- Have a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learnings and developments.
- Mentor under senior Commercial Lines Brokers who have over 50 years experience in the industry.
- Actively support Park's participation in organizational culture, community events, and industry events.

- 37.5 hours per week.
