Nous cherchons un Souscripteur I, Assurance des particuliers, pour notre équipe grandissante

**Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous**:

- Évaluer les risques liés aux polices d'assurance.
- Traiter, souscrire et autoriser l'acceptation de nouvelles affaires, les renouvellements, les annulations et les avenants pour développer et conserver des affaires rentables.
- S'assurer que les limites autorisées sont conformes aux directives établies de l'entreprise, aux lois et réglementations applicables, ainsi qu'à appliquer les taux et les primes standard dans les devis de souscription.
- Examiner les rapports de l’indemnisation à l'appui et le contexte juridique.
- Mettre en œuvre et exercer les techniques apprises, notamment qualifier une opportunité commerciale, préparer le contact, contacter des partenaires commerciaux internes/externes, développer une proposition, promouvoir la proposition, obtenir un engagement et conclure l'accord.
- Possibilité de fournir des conseils techniques, des recommandations et du mentorat aux assistants de souscription.
- Possibilité d'offrir des séances de formation et d'information.
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements et faire des recommandations aux agents par correspondance verbale et écrite.
- Développer et gérer les relations avec les partenaires commerciaux internes/externes, participer à des visites de courtoisie, à des événements de l'industrie de l'assurance et du marketing, promouvoir les produits et services, solliciter de nouvelles affaires et identifier les opportunités de croissance rentable.
- Rédiger des résumés concernant les résultats globaux.

- Aucune expérience préalable requise
- Titre de professionnel d'assurance (PAA), complété ou en cours
- Doit démontrer de solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et un esprit critique
- Doit être capable d'interpréter le libellé des polices et les documents juridiques
- Excellentes compétences en vente et en fidélisation de la clientèle
- Maîtrise de l'informatique et de la saisie au clavier
- Excellentes capacités de communication verbale et écrite et d'établissement de relations
- Disposé à se rendre aux bureaux du courtier au besoin, en possession d'un permis de conduire valide et d'un bon dossier de conduite
- Efficacité démontrée et solides compétences en gestion du temps pour répondre à la productivité concurrentielle
