**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our consulting operations team. As a consulting operations intern, you will have the opportunity to learn _from_ our experienced customer success, quality assurance and methodology development experts and contribute to our growth and innovation.

**Starting date**: May 1, 2024

**Employment Duration**: 4 months

**Salary**: $3200/Month

**Location**: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

**Employee time**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _ Work_ with the Impro Leadership and Performance Strategy team to assist in special projects and improve processes.
- Help with the onboarding, training, and retention of new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collect and analyze feedback _from_ clients, and report on their needs, challenges, and suggestions.
- Support our methodology development team with content creation.
- Conduct research on best practices and trends in AI-powered management and performance, and share your insights and findings with the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or a postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as economics, statistics, marketing, business, or management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for clear and concise writing.
- A customer-oriented mindset, with a passion for solving problems and delivering value.
- A collaborative and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Availability to _work_ 40 hours per week, _from_ May 1st to September 1st.
