Cleany, a leading provider of commercial cleaning services, is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in the Tri-City Area. If you possess a deep understanding of the Canadian market and are committed to securing new commercial cleaning contracts within Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new commercial cleaning contracts through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals within Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody.
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and strategic sales initiatives.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs through ongoing market research.
- Understand customer needs and tailor product solutions to meet their requirements
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Excellent business development skills, including prospecting and lead generation
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Technical sales knowledge or experience is an asset
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, analyze data, and identify opportunities for growth
- Strong account management skills to effectively manage customer relationships

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the cleaning industry or related field.
- Deep understanding of the Canadian market, particularly within the Trinities Area.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets.
- ⁠Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Own car is preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
