**YOUR ROLE**
Reporting to the Supervisor of Central Services, you will assume the responsibility for the accurate and timely data entry of medical, dental, HSA, and wellness claims information into our in-house claims management system.
In this entry-level position, tailored for individuals with an attentive eye for detail and strong data entry skills, you will be actively supporting our Central Services department.
On an ad hoc basis, you will also handle claim returns or papers that cannot be entered into the system.
You will be expected to meet deadlines, work well under pressure, and maintain a professional demeanor with all contacts, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client files and data. Adherence to specific rules and standards for protecting all information is essential.
Success in this role will be determined by your mastery of the day-to-day processes. If you can solve problems quickly and independently, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility with Manion.
**THIS IS YOU**
- Highschool Diploma
- 1-3 years related experience
- Must possess good customer service skills, be team oriented and cooperative
- Computer literate - working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Demonstrated flair for detail, highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Strong organizational skills and able to meet deadlines
- Self motivated and able to work well with mínimal supervision
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
**YOUR COMPENSATION**
- At the time of this posting, the estimated annual base salary pay range for this position is $38,000-$43,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the annual base salary only pay and does not encompass our comprehensive total rewards, benefits, and potential bonuses that we proudly offer.
