We're looking for a passionate and creative Furniture Merchandiser with a keen eye for style and trends to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating visually appealing displays that showcase our furniture products in the most attractive and compelling way possible. You'll work closely with our design and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that drive sales and increase customer engagement, using your knowledge of furniture design and trends to curate product collections and develop displays that highlight the unique features and benefits of our products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create functional and stylish floor plans for showrooms using basic AUTOCAD skills
- Select fabrics and leathers that correlate with a wide range of frames and lifestyles
- Develop merchandising strategies that balance customer expectations and company objectives while maintaining branding identity
- Include marketing materials in merchandising settings to promote products and enhance the consumer shopping experience
- Collaborate with team to execute sales and marketing initiatives and complete targeted campaigns and projects
- Evaluate têxtile samples and make discerning selections, providing recommendations for necessary purchases
- Analyze current trends and consumer preferences to identify style directions in upholstery and accent pieces.

**Other Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in interior design, visual merchandising, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in furniture merchandising or related field
- Knowledge of furniture design and trends
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proven leadership skills in keeping up with the latest merchandising trends and providing innovative solutions to enhance customer experience
- Responsible for maintaining and leading showroom presentation
- Demonstrated ability to excel in both individual and team environments, consistently delivering exceptional results
