**ORGANISME**

Depuis 35 ans, la Maison de la culture de Waterloo fait vibrer à la fois les cœurs des spectateurs et les murs d’un des plus beaux immeubles de Waterloo. La programmation et l’ambiance intimiste que procure la salle et son cachet font de la MCW une expérience culturelle incontournable des Cantons-de-l’Est. Elle présente plus de 75 spectacles professionnels et opère environ 150 activités par année (spectacles, locations, événement privé, etc.).

**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**

Sous l’autorité du directeur général, la personne titulaire du poste accomplit un ensemble de tâches dans le but d’assurer le déroulement souple et efficace du service de bar et de maximiser sa rentabilité.
- Coordonner un service de bar rapide, sans erreur, et conforme aux attentes des clients, en veillant à répondre efficacement aux demandes et à maintenir un niveau élevé de satisfaction.
- Maximiser les revenus du bar en mettant en place une gestion proactive et stratégique de l’équipe et de l’offre, afin d’optimiser les ventes et les performances.
- Gérer la clôture de chaque événement de manière fluide et efficace, en garantissant que la fermeture de la salle se fasse en toute sécurité et selon les procédures établies.
- Faire la gestion de l’inventaire du bar, effectuer et récupérer les commandes requises auprès des différents fournisseurs et recevoir les livraisons;
- Contribuer de manière proactive aux résultats de l'équipe et au maintien d'un climat de travail positif, en étant reconnu pour son engagement et son efficacité.

- Passionné de service à la clientèle;
- Professionnalisme, flexibilité et débrouillardise;
- Entregent et courtoisie, axé sur l’expérience client;
- Excellente capacité d’organisation et de coordination;
- Aptitudes à travailler en équipe et à créer des liens interpersonnels solides peu importe les écarts générationnels;
- Expérience pertinente reliée au service à la clientèle ;
- Expérience en gestion de personnel (atout);
- Expérience avec un système de caisse (atout);
- Disponibilité à travailler selon des horaires variables, de jour, soir et fin de semaine.

**CONDITIONS**
- Poste permanent à temps partiel;
- Horaire variable de jour, soir et fin de semaine, selon les activités;
- Rémunération selon l’échelle salariale en vigueur.

Rémunération : 15,75$ à 20,75$ par heure

Heures prévues : de 8 à 24 par semaine
