**Quelques-unes des tâches**:
En tant que chef d’équipe, soutien aux ventes, vous aurez l'occasion d'exécuter diverses tâches : La réalisation des ventes, le soutien des normes de marchandises, le flux des marchandises, l'inventaire et les procédures de réapprovisionnement. Vous faites preuve d'un haut niveau d’engagement envers les clients et cherchez à maximiser les ventes tout en aidant efficacement les clients et en dirigeant divers processus. Chaque jour étant rythmé, stimulant, gratifiant et significatif, vous serez inspiré à donner le meilleur de vous-même tous les jours

**Plus précisément, vous devrez**:

- Connecter, partager et collaborer avec les clients pour identifier les solutions qui répondent à leurs besoins et ajoutent de la valeur.
- Maintenir les normes de présentation, dont celles concernant les prix actuels, l’affichage, les planogrammes, les planificateurs promotionnels, les configurations publicitaires et les présentoirs.
- Assurer la sauvegarde et l'intégrité des documents appropriés et les transmettre pour approbation au directeur approprié ou au siège social.
- Traiter les procédures de rupture de stock pour maintenir le réapprovisionnement.
- Être responsable de maintenir la propreté de la zone des produits endommagés et de s’assurer que l’emballage sous film rétractable pour les produits qui en ont besoin est effectué en temps opportun.
- Collaborer avec les dirigeants de la succursale pour préparer les inventaires; participer au processus d'inventaire et au suivi des écarts.
- L'excellence opérationnelle et l'expérience client font partie des aspects importants de votre rôle. Vous prendrez en charge les caisses enregistreuses, suivrez toutes les mesures de prévention des pertes et veillerez à la propreté et aux normes en magasin des services qui vous sont assignés.
- Vous veillerez à ce qu’un environnement propre et sûr soit toujours au premier plan en accordant la priorité absolue à votre sécuritéainsi qu'à celle de vos collègues et de nos clients.

**Les Qualifications**:
**Quelques prérequis**
- 1 année d’expérience préalable dans un domaine connexe, de préférence.
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou études en vue de l’obtenir de préférence.
- Expérience éprouvée à atteindre l’excellence du service à la clientèle et des résultats de vente
- Capacité à résoudre les préoccupations des clients de façon diplomatique.
- Capacité à communiquer et interagir avec les clients de manière efficace en utilisant une variété de moyens.

**Renseignements supplémentaires**
- Un certain effort physique et la manœuvre de l'équipement/des machines sont nécessaires pour exécuter nos normes de marchandisage et pour maximiser notre expérience client.
- Travailler dans des conditions parfois difficiles lors de la réception en raison des variations de température, du bruit provenant des camions de livraison, des émanations provenant des camions, de la poussière et de la saleté. En raison du contact direct avec les camions de livraison, les chariots élévateurs, et l’utilisation du compacteur, il y a un plus grand risque de blessure personnelle si des habitudes de travail prudentes ne sont pas observées.
- L’effort physique est nécessaire par le soulèvement, la flexion, le tirage, la torsion, etc. Le déplacement des marchandises avec l’utilisation des échelles et des chariots élévateurs est nécessaire.
