**Key Responsibilities**:
Bell Media is currently seeking an experienced Business Affairs Coordinator to join its Legal and Business Affairs team. The Business Affairs Coordinator will primarily support Bell Media’s Canadian Original Programming initiatives and will be responsible for:

- Liaising with various internal departments including Legal and Business Affairs team members to prepare and issue payments for Bell Media’s Canadian original and acquired programs.
- Coordinating with Bell Media’s Original Programming department and external stakeholders such as producers to intake, track and review contract deliverables, as well as assisting with file creation and process management.
- Drafting and negotiating development agreements for Canadian television and digital content for Bell Media platforms.
- Drafting and/or assisting with production, acquisition, distribution and/or other agreements related to Bell Media programming on an as-needed basis.

**Critical Qualifications**:
Minimum of 2 years working in the Canadian entertainment industry (preferably in business affairs, contracts drafting/administration and/or production co-ordination).
- Knowledge of the Canadian media industry (television development, production, broadcast and/or distribution).
- Experience with television development and/or production agreements.
- Familiarity with the Canadian media funding and financing ecosystem.
- Proficiency with general administrative tasks such as data entry, word processing, and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Experience with accounts payable software systems is an asset.
- Excellent time-management, organizational and communication skills; capable of meeting moving deadlines and working with daily time constraints.
- Must be detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
