The **Koch Auto Group** is an award winning Ford Dealership Group. We are family owned and have a great team We are looking for a **part-time Sales Receptionist on a casual basis that may work into a permanent part time role**.

As the Sales Receptionist for Koch Ford Lincoln Sales in Edmonton, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing superior customer experience. The successful applicant must always present a positive and professional image of the organization and develop a collaborative working relationship with all areas of the dealership. This is a permanent part time position; **you must be available to work 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00 am to 6:00 pm every Saturday.**

**Responsibilities**
- Greeting all clients entering the dealership in a friendly and helpful manner
- Answering the phone in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, directing calls to appropriate individuals, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
- Maintaining the reception and courtesy lounge areas
- Receive, send and distribute inbound and outbound mail, packages and other correspondence
- Arrange and book meetings for our boardroom
- Tracking dealer plates, fuel cards & cheques
- Taking payments for our Sales & Service Departments
- Assist in managing the Key Tracking System
- Manage new incoming vehicles for our Fleet & Sales Departments
- Coordinating schedules with our full time reception coverage & our Sales Team
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team and other Departments as required
- Assist in tracking vehicle retail sales
- Other duties as assigned
- 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service environment
- High School Diploma or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience in a dealership setting would be considered an asset
- Self-starter with the ability to learn new systems and processes
- Good analytical, conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with little or no supervision, also as a team player committed to outstanding customer service and the ability to problem solve.
- Must be flexible and able to work well under pressure, with conflicting priorities, constant changes, and a positive attitude.
- Great people person with a desire to help people.
- Demonstrated reliability is required
