**THE OPPORTUNITY**:CHIEF FINANCIAL & ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Reporting to the President & CEO and leading a small team, the Chief Financial & Administrative Officer (CFAO) is responsible for the statutory financial and administrative duties of the organization. The role will provide strategic leadership and management to all aspects of financial operations, accounting, payroll, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management, and effective management of human resources and administrative functions. A member of the organization’s Executive Team, the CFAO will also provide strategic leadership on organizational priorities, including BCNET’s strategic priorities in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The CFAO will have a demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively on teams and is also an energetic self-starter. They have excellent oral and written communication skills, time management, problem solving, and managing multiple priorities.
