Plurilock Security Inc. (TSXV: PLUR) (OTCQB: PLCKF), is a global identity-centric cybersecurity company that provides (a) advanced and continuous authentication using behavioral biometrics and artificial intelligence solutions; and (b) products and services that proactively prevent, secure, and manage advanced threats and malware, to enterprise & government customers.

The Chief Financial Officer requires both a strong operational leadership style and a partnership with the CEO and the company’s executive team to propel the operating model of the company.

**THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER**

The Chief Financial Officer has the primary responsibility of leading the team responsible for the financial, accounting, audit, and fiscal aspects of the operations of the company, including the implementation of the financial and operational enterprise strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results to varied audiences throughout the fiscal year.

This will encompass representing the company in statutory, legal, risk management, insurance, and financial market compliance matters. The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for developing and cultivating strong relationships with all stakeholders including the executive and leadership team, Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, lenders, auditors, regulators and external investors, as appropriate.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**

Strategic
- Participate as strategic financial partner of executive leadership team to execute the vision and enterprise strategies.
- Support M&A initiatives, including financial due diligence/modeling, acquisition integration and financial evaluation.
- Coordinate long term financial planning and direct strategic financial analysis. Demonstrating a firm grasp of the financial aspects of key issues that impact the company.
- Anticipate trends, opportunities, and potential problems, providing analysis and solutions. Create a mindset where the organization has better and more consistent visibility into business drivers.
- Oversee the company’s capital structure and balance sheet and forecast the appropriate level of funding to support growth and/or changes in the company’s business strategy.
- Oversee the company’s risk management strategy and monitoring process, supporting the Audit, Risk and Finance Committee in the discharge of its duties in this regard.

Financial Management
- Continually enhance policies, procedures, and controls necessary to maintain high-integrity financial records and provide quality accounting controls and performance measurement to aid future growth of the business.
- Experience in a financial leadership role of a publicly traded company
- Maintain a high-performance financial organization through continual process improvement, adoption.
- Effectively manage foreign exchange within a global business setting; of appropriate best practices and development and oversight
- Regularly liaise with internal teams for the purposes of preparing quarterly and annual financial earnings announcements and disclosure
- Monitor performance measures and systems that support the company's strategic direction.
- Develop reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism to meet operational needs.
- Provide timely and accurate budget analysis, financial reports, and financial trends to assist management team in performing their duties.
- Enhance and implement policies and procedures by way of scalable systems which will improve the overall operations and effectiveness of the company.
- Maintain professional knowledge, keep up to date with current affairs within the industry and advises the board of pertinent changes and opportunities.

**QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- CPA required, or equivalent designation.
- +10 years experience in a financial leadership role with a publicly traded company is required; international technology industry experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of finance & contract law and financial regulatory standards (IFRS)
- Strong commercial acumen and business awareness, and experience with enterprise-wide change management in a complex environment
- Strong leadership abilities, even in a hybrid environment
- Superior interpersonal skills, strong sense of diplomacy
- High degree of integrity and transparency
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
