As a member of our Business Systems team, you will be responsible, with the support of senior resources, for several critical business systems such as Atlassian (Jira Advances, Confluence, Service Management, Team Central), Vonage CTI/IVR, Sage EPR, Slack, etc. You are a self-learner passionate with getting the most out of systems though user adoption and alignment with business processes.

This is an entry level position ideal for someone who would like to eventually move into a Business Analyst, System Architect or Project Management role within Haivision.

As a Business Systems Administrator you will be expected to:

- Develop an understanding of Haivision’s business processes and associated business system configurations,
- Become an expert on the various business system under your responsibility through formal training, self-learning, and active participation on the various product communities.
- Work with Business Systems team and business user to develop system roadmap.
- Be responsible for the consistency, structuring and configuration of various business systems through click, not code. This is not a software developer position.
- Keep abreast of new features and functionality and providing recommendations for improvements
- Log and track identified system problems through to resolution.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online,
- University degree in Management of Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration required
- Experience administering Atlassian, Slack or Sage suite of products and asset.
