The Cross Cultural Learner Centre is a non-profit organization, located in London, Ontario, that provides settlement services for newcomers to Canada. We are currently looking for a full-time, permanent **Manager, Language Assessment & Referal (LARS) and Job Search Workshop (JSW) **to join our team. This role works onsite at CCLC, Monday to Friday.

The Manager, LARS & JSW leads a dynamic team of language assessment and job search professionals. This role also builds relationships with our community partners to ensure our clients get the best service possible.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a background in adult education and a TESL diploma and accreditation. These are the basics. From there, experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably newcomers, is crucial to understanding the lived experience of our clients and their unique needs. As a leader, a colloaborative, approachable manner, lots of flexibility and demonstrated ability to coach and develop a team of experienced staff will ensure you have what it takes to support and aid in their success.

As CCLC works with vulnerable clients in our community, you'll need to be able to pass a Vulnerable Persons Police Check to work for our organization.
