**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform alterations and repairs on various types of garments, including pants, shirts, dresses, and jackets.
- Conduct fittings with customers to ensure accurate measurements and desired fit.
- Assist in custom tailoring projects, including creating patterns, sewing seams, and finishing details.
- Inspect garments for quality control and ensure that all work meets company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sewing machines, tools, and supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Seamstress/Tailor.
- Proficiency in operating sewing machines and other tailoring equipment.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction techniques, fabrics, and sewing methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Flexibility to work on-call or depending on the workload.
