Join Royal York Property Management as a Videographer and focus solely on what you love—shooting high-quality content. Our in-house team of editors, motion designers, and graphic designers will handle all post-production. Your role is to deliver exceptional footage for property walkthroughs, street interviews, and real estate-related projects.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Capture high-quality video content for property tours, street interviews, and in-person interviews.
- Ensure consistent lighting, framing, and audio for both indoor and outdoor shoots. Collaborate with the creative team to deliver ready-to-edit footage.
- Travel to various locations across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with your equipment.

**What You’ll Need**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in professional videography.
- **Equipment Requirements**:

- **Camera Options**: Sony FX6, Canon EOS R5, or Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro. Lenses: Wide-angle lens (16-35mm), standard zoom lens (24-70mm), and prime lens (50mm f/1.2 or f/1.4) for versatile shooting.
- **Lighting**:Softbox lighting kits (e.g., Aputure 300D with Light Dome II) for indoor setups and portable LED panels for outdoor shoots.
- **Audio**: Professional on-camera microphones (e.g., Rode VideoMic Pro) and wireless lavaliers (e.g., Sennheiser EW 112P G4).
- **Drone**:DJI Air 3 or DJI Mavic 3 for aerial shots.
- **Stabilization**: Gimbal stabilizers (e.g., DJI Ronin-S) and tripods.
- **Skills**: Expertise in camera operation, lighting setup, and framing for indoor and outdoor environments.
- **Mobility**:Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel across the GTA.
