**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and scripts.
- Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up lighting, sound, and camera equipment.
- Film a variety of content, including legal topic explanations, interviews, and promotional videos.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using professional editing software.
- Ensure all videos align with the firm’s branding and messaging guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest videography and editing techniques and trends.
- Assist in uploading and optimizing videos for YouTube and other social media platforms, including creating thumbnails and writing video descriptions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of video production principles, including lighting, sound and composition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience as a videographer and video editor with a portfolio of YouTube content is a strong asset.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and YouTube analytics is a plus.
- Proficiency in Korean is an asset.

**Additional Information**:

- This position has potential opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and firm needs.
- Salary will be negotiated based on experience and qualifications.
