**Payroll Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Administer and process biweekly payroll under the Dayforce platform for approximately 75 employees, across 2 locations.
- Administer benefits for employees at locations
- Assist in the writing, development and maintenance of company wide processes and programs.
- Gathering and maintaining employee records
- Verifying working hours and pay rates
- Tracking employee absence
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- A degree / diploma in Payroll and/or Certification with 2 to 3 years' demonstrable experience in payroll, human resources and benefits administration.
- Good working knowledge of Ceridian Payroll System
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products.
- Flexible to occasionally work extended or unusual hours to assist with our team members who work alternative shifts.
