Pillar5 Pharma Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Packaging Supervisor. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising a team of packaging operators and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our packaging department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure adherence to production schedules and targets.
- Maintain and enforce strict quality control measures.
- Monitor packaging processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any packaging-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize packaging efficiency.
- Expedites receiving and delivery of materials and assists in Right First Timeline (RFT) clearances.
- RFT and timely completion of production files.
- To maintain all the training records of the packaging operators.
- Draft the any deviation and PDRs related to the packaging team.
- Verifying and updating SOPs and PIs as required.
- Review and verify packaging documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare documentation for APA and Solid Dose packaging jobs.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Quarterly reviews for packaging operators.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
- College and/or University education in a related field is considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of packaging equipment and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proven ability to lead and drive results.
- Flexible to work all shifts including weekends as needed.

**Schedule**:

- Monday - Thursday 10-hour **afternoon** shift (4 pm - 2:30 am).
