**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**

**Program Coordination**:

- Collaborate with multiple interest holders to ensure program alignment with objectives and learner needs.
- Develop and manage the project schedule and budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of workshops and courses.

**Program Evaluation**:

- Develop and implement evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness and outcomes.
- Gather and analyze feedback from learners, presenters, and interest holders to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on program impact and recommend adjustments to enhance future delivery.

**Course Delivery and Support**:

- Support the delivery of courses, both in-person and online.
- Facilitate workshops, welcoming learners and introducing presenters.
- Design and deliver online courses based on in-person training content.

**Technology and Content Management**:

- Provide webinar platform support, including hosting live sessions and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Record and manage course content for future use.

**Engagement and Public Speaking**:

- Represent the program confidently in public forums, workshops, and events.
- Communicate effectively about gentle density housing construction and program goals.

**Desired Skills and Abilities**
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of gentle density housing construction techniques and principles.
- Experience in program evaluation and using data to inform decision-making.
- Confident public speaking and presentation skills.
- Experience designing engaging course content for diverse audiences.
- Proficient in webinar platforms and content recording tools.
- Ability to travel across the province to support program delivery.
- Commitment to fostering equity, inclusion, and accessibility in educational settings.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- A university degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience at an educational manager level, preferably in a program focused on construction or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver impactful educational content in both in-person and online formats.
- Experience in program evaluation, including developing metrics and analyzing results.
- Experience working with equity-deserving groups and understanding their unique learning needs.
- Indigenous cultural safety training (or ability to successfully complete within the first four months of employment).
