**Job Description**:
As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and synthesizing the data into actionable tasks that make an impact. You will also partner with design, product, and marketing colleagues to understand business needs, and design appropriate research studies to generate user-focused insights. The UX Researcher is guided by user-centric design and is someone who can present findings from one step to the next for the best user experience.

To thrive in this role, you must be a self-starter with extensive experience in the corporate and technology sectors. You love variety, work independently, have excellent communication skills and understand the value of team.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct primary user, secondary user, market and ethnographic research
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics
- Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies
- Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and in-person presentations
- Perform usability studies with consumers
- Formulate questions, synthesize data and present findings
- Use a diverse set of UX research tools
- Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research

**Qualifications**:
- Experience in UX research
- Bachelor’s or MS in a human behavior related field (or equivalent and proven work experience)
- Understanding of UX/UI current best practices
- Rapid prototyping for user feedback testing
- Strong proficiency in Figma and other visual design and prototyping tools
- Conduct all stages of UX research: identifying, planning, driving, conducting, analyzing, and reporting of insights.
- Ability to quickly and effectively share research results
- Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration
- Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and act as a strategic partner in product decisions
- Experience with remote testing tools
- A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude
- Excellent time-management skills
- Strong appreciation for user design and user experiences
