- L’agent de liaison en sciences médicales (MSL) joue un rôle stratégique essentiel dans le lancement et la mise en œuvre de stratégies médicales sur le terrain à l’appui de la gamme de produits de Novo Nordisk Canada Inc. (NNCI), harmonisés avec les stratégies nationales des affaires médicales et les directives des affaires médicales mondiales. Le/la ’MSL collaborera étroitement avec la direction sur le terrain pour développer des approches et des solutions scientifiques appropriées pour soutenir les stratégies commerciales et établir des liens solides entre les réseaux au sein des communautés universitaires et cliniques. Vous contribuerez également à accroître la sensibilisation aux besoins non satisfaits et à améliorer le positionnement scientifique concurrentiel précis des produits de NNCI au Canada.
**Principaux domaines de responsabilité**:
- Interagit activement avec de nombreux intervenants externes, y compris les principaux leaders d’opinion (PLO), les établissements d’enseignement, les grands hôpitaux, les payeurs publics et privés, les chercheurs cliniques et autres pour mettre en œuvre et soutenir les stratégies globales de NNCI et appliquer les données scientifiques et cliniques pour soutenir les intérêts thérapeutiques et commerciaux de NNCI.
- Travaille de concert au sein de l’équipe des MSL pour développer des plateformes de communication scientifique (PCS) pour les produits actuels et futurs en développement qui amélioreront la sensibilisation des PLO avec des concepts clés et les besoins non satisfaits dans les domaines thérapeutiques respectifs. Les PCS de le/la’MSL sont étroitement alignées sur les stratégies nationales globales des affaires médicales et sont développées en collaboration avec le personnel des affaires médicales du siège social.
- Utilise les PCS sur les produits pour établir la compréhension des PLO par le biais de discussions liées à la réponse aux besoins non satisfaits, à l’innovation scientifique, à la pertinence clinique et à l’impact sur le paradigme de traitement standard afin de maintenir le leadership de NNCI dans le domaine thérapeutique attribué.
- Collabore avec les collègues du service de liaison en sciences médicales afin de mettre à jour les PCS existantes en fonction des interactions avec les PLO et des nouveaux développements dans les publications et le milieu universitaire.
- Établit et entretient des relations avec les PLO grâce à des discussions concernant la recherche, y compris les études commanditées par des chercheurs, les produits et les gammes de produits commercialisés par NNCI, ainsi que les produits concurrents et les états pathologiques.
- Établit une crédibilité scientifique et médicale avec les PLO en se tenant au courant du matériel scientifique publié pertinent et crée des lignes de communication ouvertes avec les PLO pour surveiller les niveaux de sensibilisation et de compréhension et l’impact sur les unités commerciales de NNCI.
- Fournit un soutien clinique supplémentaire aux sites de recherche impliqués dans les essais cliniques de NNCI à la demande de l’unité des opérations cliniques de NNCI.
- S’établit comme une ressource médicale sur le terrain inestimable pour répondre aux demandes du personnel sur le terrain de NNCI conformément aux stratégies commerciales convenues.
- Crée et présente régulièrement du matériel scientifique à un large éventail d’auditoires (PLO, professionnels de la santé (PS), payeurs d’accès au marché, formation interne) et maintient un niveau professionnel d’objectivité afin de ne pas compromettre l’image de leadership médical de NNCI et le rôle des MSL.
- Recueille de manière appropriée des renseignements sur la concurrence sur le terrain auprès de sources crédibles et communique mensuellement l’impact commercial ou la tendance potentielle en développement au siège social.
- À la demande de l’unité des ventes sur le terrain de NNCI et en réponse aux questions non sollicitées des PS, le MSL fournit des renseignements scientifiques à des PS spécifiques pour accroître la sensibilisation aux concepts scientifiques clés concernant les produits commercialisés de Novo Nordisk (NN) qui peuvent être utilisés par le personnel commercial sur le terrain pour aider à atteindre leurs objectifs.
