Fierté Montréal est à la recherche d’un.e contrôleur.se financier.ère qui souhaite jouer un rôle-clé au sein d’un organisme qui a pour mission d’amplifier les voix des communautés 2SLGBTQIA+ et a pour vision d’accroître son impact auprès de ces dernières.

En plus d’être responsable de l’organisation de l’ensemble des processus comptables et financiers de l’organisme, la personne titulaire collaborera avec le comité de direction pour : améliorer les processus comptables et administratifs; optimiser les opportunités de financement public et privé; trouver des moyens plus efficaces de gérer les revenus autonomes.

RESPONSABILITÉS

Rapportant à la direction générale, la personne titulaire est responsable de:
Planifier, recommander la mise à jour et mettre en place des processus comptables et administratifs en lien avec les activités financières de l’organisme.
Coordonner le processus de planification financière et le budget, en faire l’analyse et corriger les prévisions.
Développer et mettre à jour le budget de fonctionnement pluriannuel avec le comité de direction.
Contrôler la concordance entre les ententes de financement et la planification financière, en collaboration avec les équipes de financement public et privé.
Préparer la documentation pour la vérification indépendante annuelle, l’établissement du bilan, les états financiers et toutes autres missions d’audit.
Produire mensuellement un bilan et les résultats prévisionnels; produire des rapports financiers trimestriels; produire une analyse trimestrielle des écarts entre le réel et le budget.
Soutenir les équipes de financement publique et privé dans leurs relations avec les parties prenantes.
Collaborer aux stratégies de commercialisation et de développement de nouveaux revenus.
Inscrire toutes les transactions financières effectuées par l’organisme.
Conserver un registre des transactions et des activités bancaires et de crédit.
Préparer les paiements aux fournisseurs et les factures pour les comptes clients.
Assurer la tenue des comptes, des pièces justificatives et des journaux comptables de l’organisme.
Effectuer les conciliations bancaires et les vérifications mensuelles.
Assurer l’inscription de l’organisme aux registres fiscaux et le dépôt des déclarations fiscales.
Effectuer les remises gouvernementales (taxes, déductions à la source).
Prendre en charge le cycle de paie et les préparer.
Superviser l’adjoint.e administratif.ve/commis comptable

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Baccalauréat en comptabilité, maîtrise de préférence.
Titulaire d’un titre de CPA (atout important).
Un minimum de trois années d’expérience dans un rôle similaire.
Bonne connaissance des codes fiscaux et des lois fiscales propres aux OBNL.
Maîtrise de la suite d’Office; aisance avec les bases de données.
Bonne connaissance de Sage 50 et Nethris, ou volonté et capacité d’apprendre rapidement.
Connaissance, ouverture et sensibilité envers les enjeux propres aux communautés 2SLGBTQIA+.
Capacité à travailler à distance selon un horaire flexible; horaire atypique en période de pointe.

Possède une bonne capacité d’adaptation, une ouverture d’esprit et une capacité à travailler dans l’ambiguïté.
Maîtrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit; connaissance intermédiaire de l’anglais à l’oral et à l‘écrit; la connaissance d’autres langues est fortement valorisée.

CONDITIONS D’EMPLOI

Poste permanent à temps plein (période de probation de 6 mois).

**Salaire d’embauche**: 75 000 $ à 85 000 $, selon l’expérience.
Six semaines de vacances rémunérées, incluant le congé des fêtes.
Admissibilité au programme d’assurance collective et au REÉR collectif
Politique flexible de télétravail.
Bureaux spacieux et lumineux dans Hochelaga-Maisonneuve.
