Possess an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- C of Q as an Industrial Millwright, Heavy Equipment Mechanic or equivalent
- Millwright experience > 5 years
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as a group in a safety-oriented environment
- **Skills listed below would be an asset**:_
- Experience with completing PM, PDM and emergency machine repair.
- Strong Mechanical skills and the ability to follow & understand process flow.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Familiar with safe rigging and hoisting practices
- Basic welding skills
- Detect and troubleshoot irregularities or malfunctions
- Assembly and adjustment of machinery and equipment
- Responsible for start-up and testing of new and repaired machinery
- Repairs to pumps, bearings, seals and packing
- Communicate material and inventory requirements to maintenance buyer or supervisor
- Perform regular housekeeping duties
- Must comply with assigned objectives, priorities
- Willing to be available afterhours including weekends as part of our breakdown response mandate
- Ability to read & understand Electrical Schematics and P&ID drawings.

Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
