**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Regional Director, Vice President with tasks and assignments
- Resource for Area Coordinators and Customer Service Associates in Northern Alberta
- Prepare bi-weekly vehicle report for Northern Alberta
- Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports (national and Northern Alberta)
- Compute Rental Increases for sites
- Database management incentives
- Update Market Rent, Leasing Book Page and Incentives into System Programs
- New buildings - input Area Coordinator, building, suite, and parking information into System Programs
- Update rent changes into System Programs upon tenant being moved into the system
- Ledger changes - incorrect security deposit, pre-lease, and parking charges
- Adjust ledgers as required on a daily basis
- Create, issue and approve POs
- Instruct Area Coordinators and Regional Office Administration staff how to use Excel, spreadsheets, and reports to find data pertaining to their Area and Associates
- Oversee and administer policies and procedures involving subsidy’s
- Analysis and update regional advertising
- Assist with scheduling and organizing events throughout the region
- Other duties as required

**Experience and Educational Requirements**:

- 5 years Administration and Marketing Experience (preferred)
- Post-secondary education (preferred)

**Technical Requirements**:

- Advanced computer skills including intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing systems and new technology

**Non-Technical Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective organizational and planning skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with other Associates in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize (excellent time-management skills)
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness
