**Responsibilities**:
- Diagnosing and rectifying hardware and software issues on kiosks, computers, and laptops.
- Troubleshooting and effectively resolving technical problems.
- Installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware components.
- Replacing defective or damaged components and parts.
- Maintaining an organized inventory of repair parts and equipment.
- Offering comprehensive technical support and guidance to customers.
- Maintaining detailed records of repair work and maintenance activities.
**Requirements**:
- Profound knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Proficiency in various operating systems, including Linux and Windows.
- Ability to autonomously troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Exceptional communication and customer service aptitude.
- Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
**Education and Experience Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of practical experience in computer repair.
- Proficiency in various operating systems, including Linux and Windows.
**A PLUS**:
- Understanding of programming languages such as HTML/CSS, PHP, JavaScript, WordPress, S/MERN Stack, SQL, MONGODB, EXPRESS, REACT, NODE, Firebase, Docker, Gitlab, Ubuntu, RestAPI, PHP, Laravel, NuxtJS, Node.js, Electron, and others.
