As a Tire Technician at Too Fast Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers during the demanding winter months. You will be responsible for mounting, balancing, and repairing tires, as well as providing excellent customer service. This is a seasonal position with the possibility of permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Mount, balance, and install tires on customer vehicles with precision and efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair tire-related issues, including punctures and leaks.
- Perform tire rotations and alignments to ensure even wear and optimal performance.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate tires based on their vehicle specifications and driving needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring equipment is properly functioning.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of tire types, sizes, and brands, as well as installation and repair techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy tires and equipment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
