**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions, including processing payments through the POS system and providing accurate change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred, particularly in a bartending or customer-facing role.
- Strong cash handling skills with experience in cashiering and using POS systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and drink recipes is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
