**Production Supervisor Trainee**:
**Williams Lake, British Columbia**:
We’re looking for a **Production Supervisor Trainee **to join our redesigned, modern lumber mill located near** Williams Lake, British Columbia**. Our Lakeview Division safely and sustainably produces over 230 million board feet of lumber per year for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.
- Post secondary education in **Wood Products Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field** would be an asset.
- **Experience working in a production environment** is an asset.
- **Strategic and critical thinking skills.**:

- **Collaborative style** with solid **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Strong **customer orientation**.
- Solid **planning, goal setting and project management skills**.
- Demonstrated **computer skills**.
