Concierge

The Vista is a brand new retirement community in Esquimalt offering a continuum of care. We are currently looking to hire an evening, overnight and weekend Concierge.

**We are looking for Concierge team members to be the face of the front desk and provide exceptional customer service to guests and guests' families.**

As a Concierge, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, suppliers, vendors and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner. Monitor visitors entering the building and ensuring they sign-in. Answer/transfer incoming calls. Keep environment of lobby and frond desk neat and clean. Maintain resident data, such as directories, information sheets, and other projects on the computer. May coordinate transportation for resident outings or trips.

You must be available to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Evening shift

- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Esquimalt, BC V9A 2N7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
