Lead Concierge

The Vista is a brand new retirement community in Esquimalt offering a continuum of care. We are currently looking to hire an evening, overnight and weekend Concierge.

**This role is full time, Tuesday to Saturday, day shift.**

**We are looking for a Lead Concierge to be the face of the front desk and provide exceptional customer service to guests and guests' families.**

As Lead Concierge, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, suppliers, vendors and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner. Monitor visitors entering the building and ensuring they sign-in. Answer/transfer incoming calls. Keep environment of lobby and frond desk neat and clean. Maintain resident data, such as directories, information sheets, and other projects on the computer. May coordinate transportation for resident outings or trips.

We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills. This role be responsible for inputting charges, working with invoicing and more.

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
