**Office Manager**

Baywest Glazing Systems Inc is an innovative, fabricator / installer of storefront, curtain wall and canopy glass in the Fraser Valley / greater Vancouver areas. We are looking for an office manager who has character, likes to learn, takes ownership for work, and appreciate a candid, respectful, work environment.

Experience in bookkeeping

Strong computer skills and be proficient in a computerized environment

Organizational skills

Customer service and interpersonal skills

A willingness to learn and adapt with a growing company

**Administration Responsibilities**
- Manage travel arrangements for team members as well as travel expenses
- Manage office supplies and inventory management
- Maintain contact lists, filing systems, and databases
- Assist with marketing initiatives (e.g. events) as needed
- Provide support to customers when needed (e.g. answering phones)
- Maintain contact lists, filing systems, and databases
- Update website

**Bookkeeping**
- Input invoices
- Collect AR
- AP, prepare time sheets, payroll
- Petty cash, bank reconciliations
- Produce financial statements using Quickbooks
- Prepare and submit Stat Dec documents

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
