- **Preparation and Marination**: Expertly prepare and marinate various meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables for tandoori cooking, using traditional techniques and recipes to enhance flavor and tenderness.
- **Tandoor Operation**: Operate and maintain tandoor ovens, ensuring proper temperature control and consistent cooking results for a variety of tandoori dishes.
- **Grilling and Cooking**: Grill marinated items in the tandoor oven, monitoring cooking times and temperatures to achieve the desired level of char and doneness while preserving juiciness and flavor.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain strict quality standards in food preparation, ensuring that all tandoori dishes meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of taste, texture, and presentation.
- **Kitchen Management**: Oversee the tandoor section of the kitchen, managing inventory, coordinating with other kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
