We are a leader in innovative smart waste technology and value-added solutions from coast to coast. As we continue our growth trajectory, we are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and driven individual to join our Sales team as a Sales Associate.

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Associate is an enthusiastic beginner interested in developing their career in sales.

**Salary Range**: $40,000.00 - $42,500.00 + Commission

**Work Location**: This role is primarily work from home, however regular visits to potential client sites are required.

**What you will be doing**:

- Actively seek out and visit potential clients to promote products/services and present new opportunities.
- Negotiate, and execute service agreements, including pricing schedules.
- Conduct cold calls and manage the entire sales process using CRM tools.
- Develop and maintain lists of prospects, set up introduction meetings, and give sales presentations.
- Assist in implementing new programs for clients and upsell additional services/products to meet business targets.

- A motivated and enthusiastic sales newcomer
- Eager to learn the sales process from an experienced Business Development Representative.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities: Valuing and respecting team members and clients is our top priority
- Recent post secondary graduates looking to start their career in sales are welcome
