The **Ecommerce Specialist **will have the opportunity to improve, maintain and grow our online sales channels and work in a highly collaborative cross-functional capacity. As the Ecommerce Specialist, you will support in ensuring exceptional online consumer experiences through merchandising, managing content across the website, optimizing SEO and site search. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is curious, creative, analytical and is driven by data. This is the opportunity to take the next step in your ecomm focused career.

**Responsibilities**:

- Bring a constant improvement mindset to all responsibilities
- Collaborate across departments to own end to end process of bringing our product catalog to life on the website
- Merchandising online product assortment to maximize sales and improve conversion rate. Work to bring as much of our excellent in-shop experience, to our website
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners to maintain website functionality, content pages, and product details and assets
- Enhancing search and usability of site by using web analytics and customer data to optimize navigation, sorting rules, search, filters and more.
- Planning how to support and execute marketing campaign and promo initiatives through website capabilities.
- Collaborate with Ecomm leadership to plan, execute and reflect on a testing roadmap
- Push for best-in-class SEO across website and ensure site is set up to capitalize on organic search growth
- Manage shop locations across key platforms
- Research and bring forward Shopify apps to improve website capabilities and solve business needs
- Supporting front & back-end day-to-day operations.
- Other duties as assigned

**Competencies**:

- A true Optimist
- Strong desire for continual learning
- 1-3 years prior Ecommerce, Merchandising, or Sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and analytical skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be innovative and identify priorities and organize tasks to ensure proper and timely execution.
- Exceptional attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Basic understanding of HTML an asset.
- Past experience in retail environment is an asset
- Passion for the fashion and retail industry is a plus
- Encourage an open, honest and positive team environment

**Reports to**: Director, Marketing Operations
**Working Team**: Brand, Ecommerce and Product Teams
**Works Closely with**: All other departments
**Type**: Full-Time Permanent
