Ashcroft Terminal and the PSA Group are seeking an **Equipment Operator **to join our growing team

As the only private logistics terminal in Canada with CP & CN mainlines onsite, ATL is strategically located to help shippers, manufacturers, and producers prepare their commodities for export or import. As a member of PSA International, Ashcroft Terminal is part of a global network of supply chain professionals
- **In this position, you will be responsible for**:_
- Operate the transloader in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload fuel off the rail car into the truck.
- Operate various other equipment for efficiently assisting in the running of site operations.
- As required perform general labour tasks to assist with site maintenance.
- Communicate efficiently with Site Supervisor.
- Ensure all operators, contractors and consultants follow the guidelines provided in the Ashcroft Terminal Health & Safety Manual adhering to all company policies, processes, and procedures.
- **For success in this role, you must have**:_
- Your Grade 12 education or equivalent.
- The ability to perform physically repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods of time and lift 50 lbs.
- The ability to work outside year-round in all weather conditions during irregular working hours.

In this term position, you can look forward to a **four-on, four-off **schedule.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ashcroft, BC V0K 1H0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers Licence (required)
