ProKontrol is the largest distributor of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration controls (HVACR) for commercial buildings in Canada. We distribute all major brands of HVAC controls under one roof.

**More than a Supplier A Solution** In addition of products from our counter, we are offering retrofit services, start-up services, telephone and on-site technical support, engineering design, panel assembly, technical drawings/wiring diagram and software programming. For over 35 years, ProKontrol has been showing consistent growth with locations in Laval, Longueuil, Quebec, Toronto, and Halifax in addition to our location for combustion.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate operational administrative functions: payables, receivables, collection, payroll, group insurance, commercial leases, etc.
- Coordinate and participate to month-end procedures
- Participate in the annual financial statements’ preparation
- Coordinate the activities of the external auditors
- Support the VP Finance & GM in the budget preparation process
- Support the VP Finance & GM in the financial and liquidity management of the organization
- Evaluate accounting activities and optimization projects
- Participate in the implementation of tools for general efficiency and cost control
- Assist in the calculation and control of incentive compensation package including commissions
- Ensure the HR management of its team
- Support the HR department in various activities including compensation, health and safety, workforce planning and creating task force to ensure redundancy in key roles
- Support the management team in special projects, growth, and future acquisitions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 years of pertinent experience
- Experience in human resources supervision
- CPA
- Comfortable working in a multi-location environment
- Good knowledge of the current office software (Windows, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Bilingual
