S. Dilawri Automotive Group is currently seeking Parts Advisors to join our dynamic team at our following dealerships:
**Kia on Hunt Club - 350 West Hunt Club Road**

**Hyundai on Hunt Club - 390 West Hunt Club Road**

Essential Job Duties:

- Provide efficient and excellent customer services as it pertains to parts
- Receive requests from employees for parts to fix customer vehicles in for servicing
- Cost out parts to the Work Order for accurate billing and invoices
- Attend to requests for purchase of parts from retail customers
- Assist Parts Team to receive and shelve parts orders
- Locate and arrange for travel for necessary parts
- Offer timeline expectation for parts delivery should it not be in stock

Position Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of retail customer service experience. Knowledge of auto parts, as well as parts warehousing experience is a strong asset.
- Must have great customer service and listening skills
- Strong computer skill and Reynolds experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- Retail Customer Service: 1 year (required)
