**Wholesale Sales Division - Outside Sales Representative (Commission-Only)**

We are seeking friendly, hardworking, and enthusiastic individuals to join the Toy Land Company Sales Team as a dynamic and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative for Ontario, who will be responsible for driving sales on a commission-only basis.

The position of Outside Sales Representative will focus on creating and maintaining relationships with our customer base in Ontario and surrounding areas. The responsibilities will include handling sales calls to existing customers, responding to new customer inquiries, and actively developing new customer relationships. Since the Job is Commission based, each Sales Representative is expected to grow their client base and meet minimum sales growth targets on a monthly and annual basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:_**Sales Development**_
- **Market Analysis**: In-depth research and understanding of the Ontario market are vital, including identifying opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning. Attending trade shows may be part of the strategy to gain insights and establish connections.
- **Skills & Abilities**: Success in this role demands self-motivation, solution-orientation, and the ability to work autonomously. Emphasis is placed on results, relationship development, and superior organizational skills, ensuring adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Commission-Based Nature of Work**:

- **Unlimited Earning Potential**: This role operates on a commission-only basis, allowing for uncapped earnings directly tied to performance.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, translating your efforts directly into financial rewards.

**Collaboration & Reporting**:

- **Interdepartmental Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to facilitate the smooth processing and delivery of orders.
- **Regular Reporting**:Provide regular updates to management regarding sales progress, challenges, customer feedback, and market insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-only role.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within Ontario as required.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
- Understanding of the local market and B2B sales dynamics.
