**Role Summary**:
The **Sales & Marketing Assistant - Finance** will report to the Senior Vice President of Marketing &
Communications with a dotted line to the Director of Mortgage Investment. This position is responsible for detailed execution and completion of investment forms and assist with communications to customers including social media, newsletters, signage, sales aides, blogs, website updates.

**What you will be doing and what you need to bring to us**:
**Marketing coordination ** o Monthly execution and coordination of e-newsletter and blogs via Constant Contact. o Executing the announcements for deal closures via, social media, newsletter, website & signage. o Update the website, sales materials, and other communication tools. o Coordinating and planning for new project execution. o Multi tasking various projects assigned by the senior management. o Executing yearly investor relation event for the company.
- You will need to be able to juggle multiple projects with many details and deadlines. Eager to learn about the industry so that you can add new ideas and improvements to our business._

**Document management**: o Prepares and executes compliance tasks including but not limited to communicating with investors to complete Know your customer (KYC) and Subscription Agreement forms and
OSC filing submissions. o Prepares and submits new investor schedules to the Fund Administrator, SGGG o Help manage and organize sales database o Being detailed oriented in the documentation process
- You need to be obsessed with being organized, be extremely detailed with a love for dotting all ‘i’s’ and crossing all ‘t’s’_

**Sales support ** o Create and Execute communication to customers and internal staff. o Prepares draft reports, background documentation, and conduct research on various projects. o Assists with the development and preparation of presentations.
- You need to enjoy communicating with internal and external customers, enjoy being the backbone of sales and marketing to make our team look great._

**Compensation Package**

Salary range: $50,000 to $65,000- Depending upon level of experience.
Health Spending Account
Year end Bonus, depending upon the employee and company performance.

**What You Will Need**:
3 years sales coordination or administration experience in Finance
3 years marketing experience in finance
Four-year Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
Investment/Wealth Management experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
