We have open positions at our brand new store at Royalmount shopping mall (5050 Ch. de la Côte-de-Liesse, Montreal),

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide flawless, personalized service to create and retain loyal customers;
- Achieve personal sales goals set by the manager;
- Ensure the shopping environment meets Quartz Co. standards;
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to offer comprehensive technical service;
- Work as part of a team to create a pleasant work environment and reflect this in the sales experience;
- Proactively engage with new customers.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Dynamic, smiling, approachable, responsible, and versatile;
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills;
- Experience in customer service and/or sales;
- Bilingual (ENG/FR).

Nous avons des postes ouverts à notre nouveau magasin du centre commercial Royalmount (5050 Ch. de la Côte-de-Liesse, Montreal).

**Responsabilités**:

- Offrir un service irréprochable et personnalisé, afin de créer et fidéliser la clientèle;
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente personnel fixés par le gérant;
- Offrir un environnement de magasinage digne des standards de Quartz Co.
- S’assurer de mettre à jour ses connaissances, afin d’offrir un service technique complet;
- Travailler en équipe, afin d’établir un environnement de travail agréable et ainsi le transposer dans l’environnement de vente;
- Démarcher de nouveaux clients.

**Qualifications essentielles**:

- Dynamique, souriant(e), avenant(e), responsable et polyvalent(e);
- Habiletés communicaitonnelles, relationnelles et de persuasion;
- Expérience en service à la clientèle et/ ou en vente;
- Bilingue (FR/ENG)
