As the Bilingual Multi-Industry Social Media Manager, you'll be at the forefront of building our in-house social media division from scratch. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end management of social media channels for brands spanning restaurant and real estate domains.
- Develop innovative social media strategies for heightened brand visibility and engagement.
- Create captivating content, tailored to each industry, encompassing posts, visuals, and videos.
- Collaborate with external influencers and social media platforms to amplify content exposure.
- Monitor industry trends, audience behavior, and competition to identify growth opportunities.
- Foster community engagement by responding to comments/messages and cultivating brand advocates.
- Analyze social media metrics for strategic insights, driving continual enhancement.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience managing social media for brands across diverse industries (restaurant & real estate experience preferred).
- Proficiency in bilingual communication (English & French), both written and spoken.
- Strong content creation skills, blending creativity with industry relevance.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to devise and execute successful social media strategies.
- Effective communication skills for seamless collaboration with varied stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and adept at independent work, producing results autonomously.
- Previous coordination with external influencers and social media platforms is advantageous.
